Damaged or Defective Items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer support here to initiate the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 days.
We take extra care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately here. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 30 days here. We will provide instructions on returning the original item and getting a replacement.
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
